Project Summary
The client operates a platform that curates an extensive collection of professional design software solutions. The dedicated pages for each individual product serve as the bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) content, providing ready-to-act visitors with detailed feature breakdowns and direct pathways to conversion.
I designed and executed a complete TOFU → MOFU → BOFU SEO marketing funnel for the client. TOFU included 12 educational articles targeting long-tail “design” keywords to position the platform as an expert. These directed traffic to MOFU content: 4–6 how-to guides (e.g., “Canva for Beginners,” “How to Use Illustrator”) with directory listings and CTAs to build interest and desire. BOFU relied on the product pages, supported by directory listings and guest posts, to drive conversions.
I built the supporting guest-posting system from scratch: three months creating a news library, outreach to DA 60+ publishers, relationship nurturing, and two articles posted per week.
The project used a lean team (Head of Content and Senior Writer), salary-only financing, automated workflows, A/B testing of CTAs and articles, and tracked data in shared sheets.
Over four months, the funnel delivered increased organic traffic, higher engagement, and improved conversions.
